With 25 years of experience in federal contracting, Mindy has dedicated her career to helping small businesses thrive in the design, construction, and professional services industries. Recognized for her strong communication skills, strategic mindset, and attention to detail, Mindy delivers results by streamlining operations, maintaining compliance, and aligning teams and processes with organizational goals. Outside of work, Mindy enjoys spending time with her family and their two black standard poodles. Her happy place is Door County, where she loves to explore and relax. She also has a passion for the performing arts and rarely misses an opportunity to attend a musical.
